Zeekoepan Safaris is a family owned operation and is currently home to the fifth generation. Willem and Amanda Basson established Zeekoepan Safaris in 1987 and are the owners and sole hunting outfitters to the property.

Located where the Elephant Coast meets Zululand, in the eastern side of Northern KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa. Our almost sub-tropical climate has the highest rainfall in South Africa under normal conditions. resulting in lusher vegetation. This, in return, guarantees the sustainability of the highest concentration of game in South Africa.

The Lowveld species can all be hunted on Zeekoepan and the abundance of animals is astonishing. We also have concessions to hunt the few open highveld, plains game species that do occur here in the low veld.

Our Luxurious accommodation, true South-African cuisine, highly trained and experienced professionals and friendly staff will ensure an unforgettable time in Africa.
