How can I be sure I receive my ​own trophies back?

Quality of our trophies are very high on our list of priorities. We provide tags to all outfitters associated with us. Each item is individually marked and this makes identification of each component throughout the process, very trustworthy

How long will it take to receive my custom piece?

We understand that you are very exited to get your trophies back home, but this is a very loaded question. there are so many variables, all playing a cruicial roll in this very timely process. The average time it takes to recieve the tropbies at home, would be about 12months.

How do obtain import/export permits for my trophies?

We are a registered import and ​export facility, licensed to receive ​and send trophies globally. We take ​care of all the necessary ​documentation for you, in ​correspondence with your outfitter. ​You can simply apply for import ​permit, once shipment reach your ​docks.

Do you offer different shipping options?

Cargo is usually transported by ​plane or ship. We would suggest ​you considering the flight option. ​By taking the option of ocean ​transport, you extend your ​waiting period by 3 months.

The hunt went a little over budget, can we work out a payment plan?

We know how memorizing a hunt ​can become. We are happy to ​assist you with a payment ​agreement. Once the full amount ​is payed, your trophies will be ​shipped to you right away!

What if I am not sure about the angles and poses of my mounts?

Not a problem at all! Take your time and plan your trophy room at your own leisure. Our team knows each animal’s special trait and will gladly assist you to bring the best out of your trophy.
